As it appears that our diplomats have reached an acceptable agreement, we hereby publish the provisional treaty of peace that concludes the long war on our continent. Once all embassies have publicly signaled their agreement to the terms, it will be signed.
It should be noted that the parties have been acting under good faith that the following would eventually be ratified for some weeks now.

The Republic of Greece, The Empire of Carolingia, & The Buddhist Republic of Wei, operating under the banner of the Greater Coalition of Greek States and Vassals, & their ally Scotland, in order to end the state of war existing between their Alliance and the nation of The Founders, hereby accept on the following terms, the Surrender of the The Founders to Agarthia.
Article I.
The Founders recognize the sovereignty the Empire of Carolingia and its right to whatever government its people wish to be ruled under. All parties signed herein recognize that the the Empire of Carolingia consists of: The cities of Tours, Mainz, Shovelnose, Ulm and Ausburg. Consistent with this, the Founders shall withdraw their occupying forces from all of these cities, and return Ausburg, which they are currently maintining martial law in, to the Empire of Carolingia. The signatories of this document shall do all within their power to see the entirety of the sovereign Carolingian state restored.
Article II.
The Founders shall remit reparations to the nations of the Greek Coallition under the following terms: One hundred fifty Gold per turn for ten turns to the Empire of Carolingia; Fifty Gold per turn for ten turns to The Buddhist Republic of Wei; and fifty Gold per turn for ten turns to the Republic of Greece.
Article III.
Scotland shall turn control of the city of Intellect over to the Agarthian government. Scotland shall withdraw from the city of Reasoning and return it to The Founders.
Artile IV.
The Founders shall immediately outlaw any for of Slavery within their nation and its territories.
Article V.
The Founders shall cede direct control of their military operations to the Nation of Agarthia. The Founder military may engage in no military operations against another sovereign country under Founder command, instead they are restricted to operating under the laws and dictates of the Agarthian government. Founder troops may rightly defend against foreign invasion into Founder territory under the command of their own generals.
Article VI.
The Founders shall never again pursue weapons of mass destruction, as precipitated in their research into The Manhattan Project.
Article VII.
The signatories of this Treaty shall engage in free trade with one another as sovereign states, and admit the agents of Faith that each may from time to time dispatch to one another.
Article VIII.
This Treaty shall be considered with the force of International Law once it has been signed by representatives of the various states addressed.
