Greetings,

Past events have been somewhat exhausting, war has been raging, causing many casualties among innocent people. Now that the Sun is shinning again on our pacifist land and after those epic events, our government deserves a rest, in the fresh air of an undisclosed moutain of Oligamon. Vice president Rusten will take the reigns of the country during our 17 days absence. I hope your diplomats will maintain as good relations with him as with me.
