Dateline: Shaolin, 1774 AD

The Common and High Underlings of the Royal Dynasty gathered outside the royal palace is somber sadness to hear the dreaded news of their beloved old emperor Xiaowen.

Woo Li addressed the throng, who listened in a hushed silence.

"CHURDs of Wei, it is with great sadness that I must inform you that our dear emperor, Xiaowen, died in his sleep last night after a long and happy life.  Let there be a moment of silence ... "

"As the affairs of state must move forward, I announce to you that on this day, his daugher, Mez Mu Fat the Petite, ascends to the throne as Empress of Wei.  From this day forth, The Petite Mez Mu Fat rules the CHURDs of Wei!  Buddha be praised!"

Amid cheers from the crowd, Woo Li retired from the podium.
