Edinburgh Herald - 1660 AD.
With the successful conclusion of the war and reinstatement of sovereign rule in the formerly occupied territories of Carolignia, Prime Minister Munro started to wind the nation down from its recent war footing. He has dissolved the temporary Scottish war cabinet and announced today plans to take a few days off and spend some time touring the jungles of northern Scotland / southern Oligar. It is believed he will spend some time inspecting recent efforts to locate suitable areas for a forest preserve. Scottish forestry officials hope to identify a suitable location for the rehabilitation of some Founders elephants captured from spies during the war, which are currently causing havoc to a stately garden outside of Dumfries - where they are being cared for as wards of the state. It is hoped that successfully introducing the species to Scotland, could help to save it from extinction after centuries of war and habitat destruction in its indigenous lands.
