The Peace Doctrine

People have gathered in the halls of the Agarthian capital of Macleod. Viktor, a very old man, enters the room. Today my friends, we have passed a new law. This law will let the Agathian Government aquire the nation of the Founders. For many years now the 2nd continent as we seem to know it has been at war. Scores of lives have been lost. Witht he recent invasion of Scotland, the thousand years of war came to a halt. Under the terms of their surrender, Scotland seeked out a 3rd nation to oversee the Founders military and their government. Once we heard this, the elders and myself met behind closed doors to discuss if we should be this 3rd party. We new this would be very expensive, but thought it was necessary for world peace. This also would allow us to expand our nation as we are going to aquire an island just off the coast of the Founders. The people seemed to grow restless. Their is nothing to worry about my friends, their government is under our complete control. They will not be able to do much without the concent of myself. Look as this as an opportunity to help the world, inhance our lifestyle, and to expand our borders on a global scale. With this, the very old Viktor left the mic and went back to his chambers to go back to bed.
