Snarlin, thank you for playing Chaos and Civility II!  You were a good sport through it all, and a difficult opponent.

I can understand why you would want to retire, given the nature of owning a single city with little outlook for expansion. 

Thanks again for playing, and I hope you will consider joining us for Chaos and Civility III!
