Hey, I've been having a lot of stuff to do with graduation and work lately, and if I play in this game I have the need to put the full effort into it :p perfectionist of sorts. Lately I've sort of lost energy to put into the game, and it takes a lot to manage everything. So would anyone want to take over? The Greek nation is still in good shape, if you give up on a cultural victory you can draft the heck out of the cities . I feel it could be lots of fun for someone else. There's also 2 other games available, if people want :p an earth game, and a pangaea FFA. Gonna put postings for them on civfanatics.

I dunno... I could maybe come back later maybe (1-2 months)... but the last weeks of now civ has been more a chore :p which civ shouldn't be. I think I've just needed a break for awhile, so I can focus more on other things in life. I'd play in CC3 almost certainly.

I guess the big thing is, with the recent battles, it's now going to be all out war instead of a defensive war. Meaning no Free Speech, since nationhood is needed for drafting. While military is fun, it's a lot more demanding than a builder type game, and I can't meet that demand with my responsibilities right now :p. And putting myself at the mercy of other nations isn't an option , so fighting it is. I think KingMorgan will be taking over, probably.

It will be very sad to see you go, Lev. But of course your "real life" has to come first.
I do hope you will return in the future, if not for this game then for the next Chaos and Civility.
(and see guys? THIS is why I play in only one civ game! Burnout is a bitch.)

OOC:
Yes I agree that you must attend to real life situation first. I look forward to playing with you in CC III!

Thanks, I'm looking forward to it. Right now I'm concentrating on finishing my classes, getting a job after college, and various other things. I may end up staying if I don't get a sub though. I'll just have to force myself to not pay too much attention .

Welcome. I'd also say good luck to you, but I wouldn't mean it since we're at war! Seriously though, it's a real shame to see Levgre leave - he's been a great nemesis for ages in this game and has caused me no end of worry and apprehension at every military decision. Perhaps with a change of leadership it's possible to bring peace to the region? I'll let you establish your character first though.

Welcome, Fosse! I've added you to the Chaos and Civility member group, so you can now see all rules and access details and so forth in the "Speak Easy" forum.
I will get civstats sorted for you too.
If you have any questions, just shout!
Levgree, we'll looking forward to your return someday!

What's the password to claim the civstats leader? You mentioned it's sorted, but I'm not sure where to find the password.
