Absolutely right - at the moment the turn order is Carolus Maltman first and everyone else afterwards. I think it will be much easier to try and keep it this way.
For this turn there aren't many units are close enough to each other to cause any problems so I don't think it will be an issue (There's one lone archer who I will leave to retreat if he wants to!

).
I would suggest that if Carolus manages to login to play this turn before the timer expires he should be allowed to play his next move first if all he is doing is moving units - effectively allowing him to double-move back. I hope that's ok with Bjarke/IanDC. The only thing I would ask is that he doesn't attack Titt Tei by using a double move since it is 4 squares away from a number of his units (and I could have reinforced it if he looked like attacking it).
