Hail Ricardo, king of the Babylons, Ruler of the land between the rivers and protector of the people formerly known as Yourcenaeans,

We welcome our new neighbours in the land formerly known as Yourcenae. We hope for opportunities which may be mutually benefical to us both, and trust that cultural pressures on our borders will not spark tension here, where Babylonian culture is already strong... Our cities' cultural borders do not overlap much at present so I hope this situation will not much change (please).
