To the Pirate king:

I sent this missive to protest formally for the sudden and unprovoked cancelation of the Open borders agreement we had. Our peoples have no quarrels between them and there is  no public agreement with other power that justifies this ( It is rather clear that the alliance that killed Henna is still active, but I do not intend to war Yourcenaean troops unless they opose my peacekeeping force.... and canceling a open border agreement does not fit in a mutual defense agreement with other kingdom, like your Justice minister will surely tell you )

The King of Babylon does not hold bad feelings againt the people of Campeche and will forget this incident in the name of peace.

OOC: I'd be curious to see how a pirate's filing system works.  I'm guessing it's something akin to:

1) Incoming cannonades

2) Outgoing volleys

3) Swag and Loot

4) ARGH!

OOC: Unfortunately this Pirate's files have lot's of #1's, very few '2s and 3's, and a whole bunch of 4's.
