Lately I have noticed that my tribes have grown to the point where I don't know everyone anymore.  This is how it was back on the island so many years ago, so I am happy to see that we have acclimated to this new land.  We have made friends with many of our neighboring countries and that also makes us happy.  Under Queen Dido's instructions, we have formed border villages with our friends to the north and the south.  This should help establish trade and offer assistance to those that also provide assistance to us.

As her majesty's general, I have also been instructed to ensure we have warriors at the ready in case our neighbors need help.  I have worked closely with Tingis, our master blacksmith, in creating stronger weapons.  His mastery of the substance that we now call copper is legendary and he is experimenting with a new substance that is stronger, but also requires much more heat.  Weapons made from these materials may be needed if our neighbor to the northeast continues to build up his army.  We hear little from this land, but we recognize their waring ways.  We used to be like that many generations ago, but we learned that war rarely profits anyone, and that so much more can be obtained through peace.
