Forest Fires Rage Outside Dernport Dernport, Aidern 2100 BCE A blaze rages, as untold acres of rich forestland go up in smoke just outside of the Aidern capitol city of Dernport. The fire, some claim, was started by arsonists from the Demon Triad.  The Dernish government officials say that no proof exists for such conspiracy theories, however, citing recent thunderstorms in the region as a more likely explanation. New brigades have been sent to attempt their hand at cutting fire lines.  With so many citizens conscripted for the army, however, no sign is in sight yet that the fire will actually be contained without widespread rains. Additionally, no word yet as to the collateral damage such a widespread wildfire will have on local wildlife populations.
