Outside of the city of Sparta, the Greek people have constructed the Great Pyramids, buildings of tremendous size and wonder. The largest of the pyramids stands over 450 feet tall, and has a length of about 750 feet on its sides.
The Pyramids will be the resting place of Greek heroes and dignitaries, preserving a place for them in the afterlife, and ensuring they are remembered in the mortal realm.

In undergoing this awesome project, the three cities of Greece worked in a close-knit coordinated manner, and have learned to organize far better than the previous disjointed tribal system. This joining of the Greek people in common effort, along with the national pride inspired through building such a great memorial to its heroes, has spurred greater participation in the governance of Greece among all its people.
A system of representation has been adopted, where the people elect politicians to represent them in the Greek council in Sparta. The council is headed by Glaukos, who on matters of voting currently has influence equal to the whole of representatives from one of the three cities.
The system of representation has led to a vast increase in the sharing of ideas amongst the populations of each city. This has sparked a greater rate of technological advancement in all areas, and has led to meeting more of the needs of the people, who are now much happier and take greater pride in their cities.
Almost surely the Greeks will want to adopt a different system of government in the future, but with these initial efforts taken to create the foundations for strong government, there is little limit to what the Nation of Greece can organize and devise.
