<It was not long ago we saw a scout from you gazing onto our lands. We hope this can be the beging of a long and fruitfull relationship between our nations! We wish you all the best and bid you be wary of the war north of our lands, wandering there might not be the best course of action so do so at your own risk! Then again beasts in the night may be more of a trouble than the war between tribes not your own!>

What a terrific surprise to find a civilization so far to the east.  After weeks of travel through dense jungle, I was starting to wonder if it would ever end.  It is also good to once again see the ocean.  This is a large continent we inhabit, and I think more than 50% of it is still unexplored.  Maybe someday we may share maps or trade goods.  We are especially curious about this animal you call pig.  We have no such animal to the east... but we are lucky because the land is plentiful with grains.
