Word has come to me that new neighbours have been found. It seems two small tribes calling themselves "Etruria" and "Dokkos" have settled near to The Great Founders.

Their people seem to have difficulty understanding our perfectly simple language and clearly do not understand our discussions. One can only assume they are not intelligent in the same way as the people of the Founders. One day they will learn of The Truth and come to understand their God, but in the meantime I believe they are best left alone to evolve to a less primitive state.

<We may not understand your crude words, but we understand your thoughts. We are the dokkos, and although we might be very new to this world our comminication through thought is probably the most advanced in the world. As of now we don't belive in any thing called God or Truth, but we have heard rumors of some french to our north who belive in the one true God as three, maybe this is the one you are looking for? Thinking that we are somewhat inferior to yourself seems like a strange though to me as it is clear for all to see that Dokko city is the greatest city to live in, in the entire world!>

Today a young man arrived at our borders. He purported to come from the tribe of Dokko under the command of his leader, Oyzar.

Surprisingly he spoke our language quite well, and required only minor corrections during our discussions. He is clearly well educated and learned of the world in which we live, unlike the warriors we first met who seemed to barely understand basic speech.

Perhaps there is more to this world than I first thought. As The Founders we expect to be number 1 in the world. Indeed, my priests tell me this is indeed so. However, some of these other tribes and villages are home to people almost of our equal and more must be done to learn about them. Perhaps my initial complacency about other tribes was misplaced?
