Bears oh my!

While scouting the northern part of our territory, word had spread that a roaming group of bears were making there way to our borders.  Preliminary scouting verified this information that was brought to us by a local farmer.  Now we had to make a decision.  Wait till the bears make there way here, or go after them.  Viktor chose the 2nd option and sent the 1st Centauri units into action.  The men with there clubs started there mission.  They crossed plains and forest until they caught sight of the bears.  In an unexpected move, the bears fled.  The warriors gave chase and trapped the bears.  The warriors fortified their position in the forest.  The bears charged the warriors.  The Centauri units were well trained in flanking maneuvers and skilled with the knowledge of fighting in the forests.  The bears were killed in one sweeping defensive move that left the bears at a disadvantage.  The warriors walked away with just scratches from the long branched of the trees.  New orders are now to secure the area for further scouting.

Pict Rid and his scouting party was leaving the borders of the Babylonians when they encountered bears in the lush forest that is a few miles from Ricardos terrirory.  Pict and the rest of his team were severely wounded, but survived the attack.  Pict decided that they will set up camp and heal the survivors.

No problem rolo, our scout Pict has encountered alot of wild animals.  He has become our finest in hunting down and defending against these beasts.  Glad to help and further our cooperation between our nations.
