Asparux has skipped his turn thrice in a row and without giving any sort of notice of intent to continue. So as per the rules, he has been kicked to AI, and a replacement will be found.
Kingpin is our first alternate, and I've sent him a PM inviting him to join us. If I don't hear from him before the next turn, I'll move on to the next person. Hopefully there will be no need for that though.
I would respectfully ask that any neighbors to Kingpin (or whomever does take over Karayanev/Asparux) please go easy on him for a while, as he's inheriting his post.
